The Cafe at the Wadsworth Atheneum
The Museum Café will be temporarily closed, effective January 1, 2010. Hugh Russell, the Café’s operator, has decided to discontinue operations at the museum to focus exclusively on his Pratt Street location. The museum is actively looking to secure a new Café operator by or before March 2010.
In the interim, the Café will be operated by one of the museum’s preferred caterers on an as needed basis for group tours or parties of 10 or more. All calls or reservation requests should be forwarded to Becky Trutter at (860) 838-4077. Please allow a minimum of two to three weeks advance notice when scheduling a group tour lunch.
